Why do you work at New Harbor Group?
I enjoy the positive work environment. The company is made up of individuals with very diverse backgrounds. I believe this diversity allows us to come up with creative and innovative ideas, allowing us to play off from each others individual skill sets.

Pet Peeve?
Lack of communication; disorganization; bad drivers; people who are not prepared.

What was your first job?
I worked as a secretary/runner for an insurance agency. The job taught me a great deal about commitment, how to deal with different personalities within the workplace and how to be flexible. In most cases, the clients were calling to file a claim or check the status of an existing claim. Hearing screams from the other line was not unusual. I learned very quickly, strategies in which to turn extremely upset clients into content clients.

What do you listen to in the car?
I am a big channel changer; I only listen to a song for about one minute then I change the station. As far as music taste, I like to mix it up. I enjoy music from various genres - Garth Brooks, Daughtry, The Doors, John Mayer, Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson.

What sparks your enthusiasm at work?
A successful pitch resulting in media coverage; happy clients; projects which allow me to be creative; new challenges.

What is your favorite non-office activity?
Any activity that involves, spending time with my family and close friends.
