The Procaccianti Group – Making Their Mark on Providence and Beyond
The Procaccianti Group (TPG), which owns and manages 50 hotels nationwide, hired New Harbor Group to promote their major development efforts in downtown Providence. With an initial focus on promoting The Residences at The Westin, New Harbor worked with rapidly-growing, privately-held TPG to drive traffic to the Sales Center of the Residences through targeted media outreach and high end sales events. The first event brought over 250 potential buyers to the Westin to meet with sales staff and learn more about the project. Subsequent events were equally successful, building awareness with hundreds of potential buyers. New Harbor has also coordinated PR for TPG’s other Providence projects as well as acquisitions and developments across the country. And despite a challenging real estate market, the Residences at the Westin continue to sell.
